Language Barrier With Conrad Murray Jury?

English was not the only language used in the jury deliberation room in Conrad Murray's case ... this according to a relative of one of the jurors ... and there may have been a language barrier in the juror room.We're told at least 2 of the jurors began discussing the case in Spanish during the 8-hour deliberation. A relative of one juror -- we'll call him juror A -- tells TMZ ... another juror -- juror B -- had "some trouble" understanding some of the testimony. During the deliberations juror A had to translate the testimony into Spanish to juror B.In the questionnaire jurors were required to fill out, the first question read, "Do you have any difficulty reading, speaking or understanding English." A spokesperson for the court tells TMZ ... no juror ever requested a court-appointed translator at any time during the trial or deliberations.

Brody Jenner Injured After Avril Lavigne Bar Fight
Brody Jenner was injured after trying to break up a bar fight between his girlfriend, Avril Lavigne, and an unknown woman. They were at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in the wee hours of the morning. But it was Brody who suffered, after being hit in the head by a bottle.
Hotel security broke the fight up, but Avril and the other woman had already fled the scene. Brody was said to have been listed on the police report as a victim of an assault with a deadly weapon.
After the cops were called, Brody declined medical attention, but later went to the hospital on his own. Glad he got out of that one okay, that was a pretty nasty looking cut. Would hate to mess up his good looks!

I’m really shocked that Kris Jenner would use her dead best friend’s memory in order to sell books…but that’s exactly what she’s doing. She is releasing her new book, titled, Kris Jenner - And All Things Kardashian and has revealed information about the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and O.J.’s involvement.
Kris and Nicole were best friends and Kris said that Nicole wanted to meet with her urgently to discuss something, the day before she was murdered.
Kris wrote, “Nicole said, Can you get over here…? I need to talk to you. It’s really important.” At the time, Kris told Nicole that she was too busy and wanted to set their meeting for the following day.
That was the last time she would talk to Nicole, but she revealed that she “instinctively knew” of O.J.’s involvement in Nicole’s murder. Wait, WTF?
She said, “I truly couldn’t believe she had been so betrayed by the person who she had once loved the most. That O.J. would be so destructive and selfish and jealous that he would do that to her was just mind-blowing to me. All these thoughts were running through my mind. This can’t be true.”

TMZ spoke with Frances Lippe ... who tells us Mariah Yeater had been dating her grandson John Terranova in Las Vegas toward the end of high school. Lippe says Yeater came to their home in December 2010 and told Terranova she was pregnant with his child. He insisted he did not get her pregnant. The two got into an argument and police were called ... because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage. Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window ... and got into another altercation with Terranova ... and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand.Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas. Lippe tells us they never heard from Yeater again after the December altercation. 10 months later, Mariah surfaced ... now claiming Bieber is the father. JB says it just ain't true. Mariah gave birth to a baby boy in San Diego on July 6 -- she did not list a father on the birth certificate. We've made multiple calls to Yeater's attorneys -- so far, no response.

Kim Kardashian Talks About Her Divorce In First Post-Split Interview
The tabloids are abuzz today with the news of Kim Kardashian’s divorce from husband, Kris Humphries. Some said he married her because he was chasing fame. Others said she wanted a fairytale life of marriage and babies before hitting 30. Now that she has filed, she opened up about what happened.
She said that there was nothing else she could do and that she knew she didn’t want to marry him prior to doing so. It’s never too late, so we know that’s BS. Another thing, why would she claim that she left him because he was chasing fame? She’s the notorious famewhore here, not him.
Besides all of that, Kim is keeping the wedding gifts and is donating $200,000 to charity. She’s also keeping the engagement ring and her mother said that she didn’t profit from the wedding. Such BS! They’ve been chasing the almighty dollar ever since she uttered the words “Ray J”.

The hacker got into her cell phone and released the photos on the internet. That was something that she had previously called “unjust” and basically said it was an invasion of her privacy.
Of the photos, she said, “I know my best angles.”
Afterward, she added, “They were for my husband. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s not like I was shooting a porno, although there’s nothing wrong with that either.”
It’s good to see that she’s not all bent out of shape about the leaked pics. You can’t erase them all from the internet, can you?

He was seen driving his customized Batman Cadillac, along with his friends in a Range Rover and a Rolls Royce. He was said to have cut off a cop and was asked to pull over.
He was left off with only a warning from the cops and was allowed to leave with no ticket. The car he was driving had his JB logo on it, along with some Batman symbols.

Michael Lohan Arrested For Domestic Violence
Michael Lohan has been arrested in Tampa, Florida, after his live-in girlfriend, Kate Major, called the cops on him last night. She claims that he pushed her multiple times and squeezed her arms. She also said that Mike told her that he would slit his wrists and hers. She claims that he threatened to throw her from their fourth floor balcony, as well.
In the police report, she says that he tried to hit her with the remote control and missed, but ended up smashing her cell phone. She was still able to notify the police using the land line.
She says that the argument was over the fact that he wanted her to perform oral sex on him, but she wasn’t having any of it. In typical Lohan fashion, when he was taken into custody, he claimed he was having chest pains. The officers took him to the hospital where he tried to sneak out when the cops weren’t looking.

Lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray are insinuating ... the LAPD did a sloppy job retrieving evidence from Michael Jackson's surveillance cameras the day the singer died -- failing to make copies of crucial footage before it was erased.The defense's second witness -- a surveillance specialist for the LAPD named Alex Supall -- just testified, he only handed over a few minutes of surveillance footage to investigators, showing MJ arriving home for the last time at around 12:45AM on June 25th, 2009.As TMZ first reported, Murray's lawyers have had a big problem with how investigators only recorded a small fraction of surveillance footage from that day -- and demanded to see the entire 24-hour tape.Specifically, Murray's lawyers want to see who entered MJ's house during that period -- footage that could prove their theory that evidence in the house was tampered with.Problem is ... the cameras run on a 24-hour loop -- so, Supall testified, if the footage hasn't been transferred ... it's replaced with new footage and cannot be retrieved.Supall said he only copied those few minutes to establish a timeline of when the singer returned home after his last rehearsal on June 24 -- everything else is gone forever.

The National Enquirer claims that Demi Moore could’ve attempted suicide due to the humiliation that she suffered as a result of Ashton Kutcher’s alleged cheating!
She was apparently “tortured” by Ashton’s secret double life. The latest rumors were that Ashton was cheating on Demi when he hooked up with Sara Leal. Last year, rumors surfaced that he was cheating on her with Brittney Jones. Rumor has it that Ashton was cheating on her even when they were first married.
Still, the other night at the premiere of her new movie, Margin Call, she showed up wearing her wedding ring..but Ashton was nowhere to be found.

For those of you who aren't acquainted, it's something you will never have in your lifetime.In the divorce docs obtained by TMZ ... Jennifer claims she had been regularly charging $40,000 - $60,000 per month on the Black Card, and now she's SOL -- left with a MasterCard with a measly $25k limit. FYI, with a Black Card, there's no limit, but cardholders must spend a minimum of $250,000 a year. That's not a typo. But Anthony says, though his lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, "Petitioner's concern is that she will no longer have a black Centurion Card to use because it is a status symbol." Priceless.And it only gets better. Jennifer wanted Anthony to foot the $181,381 bill for the Alexander McQueen clothing bill he refused to pay for more than a year. It was the Fall, 2010 collection ... stupid.It appears from court docs the parties have now settled this beef, but the divorce is still bitter and ongoing.Rich people's problems. Very, very rich.

The rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony is standing together to take on a lawsuit filed against the group stemming from an alleged altercation outside their tour bus earlier this year ... this according to one of the group's members.As TMZ first reported, Bizzy Bone (far left) was investigated for alleged assault in Chicago back in June after two men claimed he flipped out and beat them up after they paid $80 to party with the group after a concert. According to a report, no arrests were ever made and earlier this week ... the men decided to file a lawsuit against Bizzy and the rest of the band. Flesh-n-Bone (second from the left) tells TMZ the group feels "the truth will come out" and they plan to "deal with this in court." He tells us, "We generally don’t let fans on the bus and we are never mean to any of our fans. We love all of them. We have the right representation and we will handle this matter accordingly."

Carson Kressley Eliminated From Dancing With The Stars
On Monday night’s performance episode of Dancing With The Stars, TV actor, Carson Kressley performed a happy, energetic Jive to Wham’s hit song, Wake Me Up Before You Go Go. I love that song, but what I didn’t actually love was his dance. Still, during the dance, he and Anna Trebunskaya looked like they were having a great time.
Apparently that wasn’t enough for the judges, who gave him a total score of 19 points out of a possible 30. It wasn’t enough for the viewers at home, either, who sent Carson packing on last night’s show.

Chicago Bulls superstar Derrick Rose strolled out of an LAPD station at 3:00 AM today ... after his BFF was arrested for DUI ... and Derrick was a passenger in the car.Law enforcement sources tell TMZ .... the 2011 NBA MVP was a passenger in a black BMW being driven by his close friend and personal assistant Randall Hampton ... when cops stopped the car on a routine traffic violation at around 2:00 AM Friday morning. When cops spoke to Hampton -- who played high school basketball with Rose -- officers claim they detected the odor of alcohol. Hampton was given a field sobriety test ... and was eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI. Rose was free to go. Hampton was hauled to the Hollywood police station, where he was booked. Rose arrived to the station shortly after to check on his friend. TMZ shot footage of Rose leaving the police station by himself at 3:00 AM ... but he clearly wasn't in the mood to talk. Hampton has just been released on his own recognizance.We called Rose's agent to ask why he would allow an allegedly drunk person to drive him around -- but so far no comment.

Giuliana Rancic Reveals Cancer Diagnosis
Bill and Giuliana Rancic have been trying for quite some time to have babies, but their efforts have proven fruitless. Today, when we heard that Giuliana was ready to make an announcement, we were hopeful that they had some baby news.
As it turns out, the 37-year-old revealed that she has the early stages of breast cancer. She appeared on Today, where she talked about her diagnosis.
She said, “I have early stage breast cancer.”
She told of how her doctor insisted on her getting a mammogram before going through another IVF treatment. She said that the pregnancy hormones could accelerate the cancer, so it was best to scan for that prior to proceeding with her third treatment.
She said that she “wasn’t prepared to get a mammogram until I was 40 years old. I never in my wildest dreams expected anything to be wrong.”
She added, “I will be okay, because I found it early. I’m doing surgery this coming week, and then I go to radiation for six and a half weeks.”

In the papers, Joanne is demanding $4k per month in child support for their 2 children -- plus HALF of all of Daniel's earnings, including 50% of a $100k payday the actor is allegedly set to make in Australia. Joanne is also asking the court to require Daniel to take out a $1,000,000 life insurance policy for the benefit of their kids. According to the docs, Joanne wants sole custody of the couple's children. She's also demanding to be awarded all of the furniture that she owned prior to the marriage. As TMZ previously reported, Daniel had filed for divorce back in July ... but both he and Joanne agreed to dismiss the divorce petition in August. In case you're keeping track -- this is the third crib Matt's tried to unload in the last two months -- he listed a condo in the posh Sierra Towers in August, and his Malibu beach pad just a few weeks ago. The new listing comes in at a spacious 4,100 square feet -- and has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a media room ... and walls of windows to show off the smoggy view of downtown L.A. Perry bought the hilltop home for $4.475 million in 2008 -- so he's hoping to make a pretty penny off the sale.

"I'm very versatile, but somehow I didn't earn the tag of being called a versatile actor" ... White told People.com.He added, "I'm still chasing that one Vanity Fair tag that says, 'This guy's a versatile actor.' I accept it. It's fine. But for me, it's like what do I have to do to get that [acknowledgement]?" Khloe Kardashian has revealed that watching her brother Rob dance on Dancing With The Stars makes her want to vomit! But, she insists that it’s not a bad thing….Wait, what?
She said that she’s proud of her brother for competing on the show, but said that she gets so nervous when he dances that she feels sick. She said, “I want to vomit. I get so anxious, and it’s not like good. Mondays and Tuesdays. They’re so stressful. I could never do that show. If I can’t watch him, I don’t think I could do it.”

What I can’t figure out is what the game makers thought they were accomplishing by getting Lindsay on board. Yes, we’re talking about it, but not exactly in a good way.

IndyCar Driver Dan Wheldon Dies After Massive Wreck
Filed under: TMZ Sports , R.I.P. IndyCar Driver Dan Wheldon died in Las Vegas today after his car crashed during a massive 15-car accident during the Las Vegas Indy 300. Wheldon's car went airborne after hitting another car during Lap 12, then apparently caught part of the catch fence just outside of Turn 2. IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard announced Wheldon's passing, saying, "IndyCar is very sad to announce that Dan Wheldon has passed away from unsurvivable injuries. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family today. IndyCar, its drivers and owners, have decided to end the race. The number crunchers claim they were called in to save PacMan's ass last year ... because, according to the suit, Manny's tax issues "seriously affected [his] ability to fight."The accountants claim they straightened out his money problems -- and even let Pacquiao borrow some cash -- but Manny never paid the them back and totally ignored the bill. Now the pencil pushers are suing for their jack -- $649,016.95.Calls to Manny's people have not been returned.

The guy who hacked into multiple celebrities’ email accounts and phones, Christopher Chaney, has apologized for his wrongdoings.
Before being caught, he victimized Mila Kunis, Scarlett Johansson and Vanessa Hudgens, among others, stealing and leaking nude photos of them on the internet.
He said, “I deeply apologize. I know what I did was probably one of the worst invasions of privacy someone could experience. And these people don’t have privacy to begin with. And I was in that little sliver of privacy they do have. The hacking started as a curiosity and it turned into just being addicted to seeing the behind-the-scenes of what’s going on with these people you see on the big screen everyday.”
He went on to say, “It was almost reading, like, a completely uncensored blog. I wasn’t saving the emails to blackmail someone. I didn’t know how to stop doing it myself, I wasn’t attempting to break into emails and get stuff to sell or purposefully put it on the internet. I’ve had like six months to think about it. It eats at me. When you’re doing it, you’re not thinking about what’s going on with who you’re doing it to.”

Kristen Stewart is talking about her former teachers, claiming that they failed to show her support throughout her years as a child actress.
She was only eight-years-old when she started acting, but had to drop out of regular school in the seventh grade. She said that she felt like she was forced to be home-schooled because her teachers refused to help her get caught up with her class work when she was on location filming.
She said, “School became genuinely uncomfortable. I was feeling a little self-conscious about the acting thing with my peers, but also my teachers became a problem. They didn’t want to do the extra work or put packages together so I could keep up while away. They failed me. My teachers failed me. Not one, but all of them.”
She went on to say, “I’m always slightly ashamed in a way, about what I do. I’m slightly embarrassed as I had such serious ambitions when I was younger, I just never imagined that I would ever have a reason not to go to school. But then this happened.”
Wasn’t it her parents who put her to work at such a young age? Then why wasn’t she able to afford a tutor? Why put it all off on her teachers?
